Sunrise Moon

I'm always happy to see the moon during the day. This morning I saw the moon by the light of the rising sun -- a welcome sight after the grayness of yesterday.

It really is winter. It was a clear day and therefore very, very cold. Too cold to spend more than a few minutes outdoors scuttling from the subway to work and back home again.

I am SO happy it's the weekend! Time to cook for the mega chanukah party tomorrow, take pictures, relax and get ready for the xmas break.
