Crummock Water

The day started rather wet, however by lunchtime the rain eased off and by late afternoon the sun popped it's head from behind the clouds.

As it was raining this morning we headed over to Crummock Water, where there is a lovely wooded area which gave us a bit of shelter. My lunchtime we reached the waters edge, stopped for lunch and then wandered around the lake. This photo was taken late afternoon and, as you can see, the sun had made an appearance.
