Beavertail Cactus Flowers

I see nary a bud on the beavertail in my yard but I caught this one along the roadside in bloom.  I wasn't expecting to see any for a while, but then I forgot it was already April and that's when they begin to POP!

It was pretty windy today but I thought I would stop and try to capture a pair of the pretty little pink flowers despite it.
