Black Hole

Another swimming record beaten today. 50 lengths (800 metres) non-stop, took just under 22 minutes which is slower than slow but it's a victory for me. The run home at night felt very sluggish though, might need to start thinking about brick sessions if I ever get round to entering a triathlon.

Music comes courtesy of middleman today, someone he's been touting for the last month or so and this one is definitely the pick of the bunch so far.
