Backyard view

So, this is the view that DB and I took in at 7 am this morning; my new backyard. Quite different to what I'm used to. Sheep and chickens watching our every move.

I've been messing around today, unpacking and sorting things out. I had a few tears, especially when thinking about JL, Rae and my furkids.

So, I went around to my future in-laws' and had some lunch and a chat with them. I went shopping with Ma-in-law-to-be and got a few essentials for the house.

Now DB is lighting the fire (yes! it's actually cold enough for the fire - we've had over an inch of rain today) and we're chilling out on the couch.

Pretty tired today, but we've made it through day 1.
