A Little Magic in the Grass & A Sleeping Potion

It pissed down this afternoon...however we were all going a bit crazy from cabin fever so we decided to start driving and head for the river.

(It has turned chilly very fast...as soon as we put the clocks back actually).
So with raincoats ..... gumbies and me with my water tight camera it ended up a very awesome outing.....we even met up with 5 Pelicans having their afternoon tea........the river was brimming with fish and so crystal clear I could see the Pelicans head catching them under the water.

Today my sight went to smaller things.....I loved the way the sparkling drops clung to the pink fluffy grass ...... how they hung off the end of the pine needles.....and in fact the beautiful ways different plants accommodate and display the jewel like droplets...what fun...what beauty.

I feel as if I have taken a sleeping potion for the last several days....strangely somnambulant...hope it passes soon...there are too many things to do.
