Construction time again

The rear of what once was The Capitol Cinema.
The insides are being completely gutted to be rebuilt as an office block.
The facade on Union Street will remain as it is, more or less.
Construction without Destruction.
In it's latter life it was a large bar/restaurant.
When it was a cinema it also doubled as a concert venue.
Among the acts I saw there was, Talking Heads, Cure, Siouxsie and the Banshees, Chuck Berry, Tina Turner, Ian Dury, Elvis Costello, John Cooper Clarke, Manfred Mann's Earth Band, Eurythmics, Joy Division, Buzzcocks, Graham Parker and the Rumour, and several others.
