Spring has sprung

The lovely sweet red grapevine in our garden has now started to sprout the new growth, following a very hard pruning session in February!

Always a worry that I have pruned too early, too late or too hard! This year, it should be under control a bit more, as it has been quite rampant! Produces loads of grapes, which the blackbird that lives in the garden guards ferociously!!

Will beat him to some this year, with some netting,...wish me luck!
