100th blip

Ok I know it's not very creative but when I realised my 100th was today, the same day I had physio for my frozen shoulder at 1.00pm, I couldn't look a gift horse in the mouth!!!!..... I am doing quite well with my appointments... Toof hurty (2.30) yesterday for the dentist and today's. Wonder what else I can do??!!

Have definitely got a frozen shoulder!! Physio has given me a couple of very simple exercises but wants me to return to docs for painkillers and concentrate on pain rather than restriction at the mo. Restriction is quite severe and have physio again in 3 weeks.

Weather is a lot brighter today but quite breezy and chilly.
