The Lycra Lads!

Every Tuesday morning a cyclone of cyclists descends on Pickleberry. If I remember rightly they are the Frome cycle club. ( Frome is about 10 miles away ). They've been having their regular Tuesday meeting for as long as Jan's been open ( coming up to 4 years now ) and last year Jan and I were invited to their annul dinner and prize giving evening, which was rather nice of them.

Pickleberry is a popular place for cyclists. Once or twice a year a group from Reading come over ( about 75 miles one way ) and various other clubs or individuals call in for a boost of energy quite regularly. In fact today, apart from a lady with her small grand daughter, all our customers were cyclists.
