Portico

The refurbishment of the station in Newcastle is almost complete. The Portico at the front has undergone the biggest transformation. What was a windy, noisy space with taxis and cars driving past, has been transformed into a welcoming airy entrance to the Grade 1 listed station.

It really looks very good!
