Dough!

Today I began my Spring Break from school....so home for lunch and a whole afternoon with no commitments.

An evening trip to Dubai Mall in order to accomplish a few outstanding things....and a look around what has become one of my most favourite 'broggelies!!'

Eataly......its an Italian specialist food shop with a restaurant and a coffee shop incorporated! There produce is so fresh, but their bread takes the biscuit....if thats possible!!!

This is just a small selection....they have every kind of loaf imaginable....Wow!

We did not come out unscathed...I had 150 gramms of ricotta and spinach ravioli to look forward to...fresh of course, and also a black and green olive loaf to accompany homemade soup! Its been a good broggle!
