Quick update on last nights ten pin bowling competition!

So, I'm playing a lad who plays in the 1st Division and averages over 170 and I play in the 4th and average around 125.

I started with a 149 which was not too shabby but he starts with a 168. Next game a hit a 141 and hits a 170 so I think that's me I'm well gubbed going into the last game.... from out of nowhere I hit a 193 and he musters up a 141 meaning I WON 483 v 479.

Next round here I come!

Today, I'm in Sunderland not returning home till Thursday evening. We're staying at the Marriott Hotel which is right on the seafront.

Tonight, I went for a 10k coast run which was beautiful before returning for some weights in the fitness centre.

All the other lads have disappeared out to watch the football so after a nice hot shower I'll grab some dinner and a pint of Guinness.
