Running up that hill
With only 6 weeks left to my half marathon I thought I better follow some kind of training plan that keeps me on track.
The training plan I chose suggested i do a 40min easy / recovery run which I thought would be the perfect opportunity to break into my new running shoes.
In a bid to try a slightly different route I got lost and ended up having to run up a rather challenging hill / a fare few here in Edi.
It all worked out in the end as I did the time suggested and really enjoyed the run once I found myself back on track.
Hopefully it also had some impact on the calories as earlier I had eaten not one but two custard doughnuts that Danny & Angie left.
