Loch of Skene

Today saw me near Dunecht and a quick Blip of Loch Skene looking west towards
Dunecht Estate and the Yacht club boat house adjacent to the south gate entrance and with its two distinct towers.

The Loch of Skene is in Aberdeenshire, Scotland some 9 miles (14 km) west of the city of Aberdeen, near the Kirkton of Skene village. Loch of Skene is home to the Aberdeen and Stonehaven Yachting Club.

The Loch is designated as a Special Protection Area for wildlife conservation purposes.
