Crisp almonds

I enjoy Christmas markets. So I went today to the annual St. Thomas Christmas Market in Helsinki. 140 red wooden booths at Esplanade Park. Stall keepers sell their festive wares, handicrafts, Christmas decorations, food, drinks.
She is selling to me honey roasted almonds. I also bought crisp almond cookies.
