Last minute baking

Made vegan cookies to bring for the visit to see J in North Carolina - one of his favorites. It was a crazy week at work, so I ended up making these the morning before going to work Friday. They were a big hit. It always feels good to bake for the boys - a legacy from my Mom, for sure.
