It looks to be high in coir, or similar: When I first started the worm composter they sent some brick-like things which, when soaked in water expanded MIGHTILY as a base for the "wurrums" and this looks to be related. It also contained a number of thingies resembling worm's eggs - "Osmocote©" ?
("Other strange pelleted food thingies are available." But I don't know their names.)
