Not very easily is the answer.
I tend to wake up about midnight for 2/3 hours, read BBC news, twitter,anything really. I lie in bed counting the glow in the dark stars on the ceiling (only ever 7) and struggle to get back to sleep. Hence playing with blipfoto on phone now.
