What a foggy and grey day again today. Down at Ocean Terminal this morning you couldn't even see the water. Up town tonight for a meal - I had Pasta Siciliana, delicious but not as good as first born son's recipe learnt from his year living in Catania - then we went to The Picturehouse to see David Gray - he nods his head a lot, that chap. Very good evening, great gig with an enthusiastic crowd in to support the band.

Coming home I saw, and stepped over, my first tramlines on Princes Street!
