That's some Dosa!

Wow! What a fantastic meal at Prashad in Drighlington…. I don't think my tastebuds have had such a treat in ages! The BEST Vegetarian Indian Restaurant I have ever been to, thanks to Eileen and Pat who treated us for Eileen's birthday. I came away with their cookery book so I can attempt some of the delicious dishes at home. Can't wait to experiment!
