Naughty Ozzy!

My very gorgeous golden retriever boyfriend, Ozzy, is turning into a bit of a bad boy! I like a bad boy. You won’t believe what he has done today??? He has been soooooo naughty.

Ann was so embarrassed by his naughtiness on our afternoon walk. She says she’s never been so embarrassed in her whole life. Well that’s a lie – she’s always doing embarrassing things?!

This is what happened........................................

It was another lovely sunny day so we went for our afternoon walk to Hayle. Ann had stuff to do, so she said Hayle would be a good place for our walk first.

We played on the beach, we played on the dunes, we chased bunnies, and then we had to go back on our leads to walk along the 'King George Memorial Walk'to get back to the car.

As it was such a lovely day there were loads of people sitting on the seats along the walkway.

Ann had just praised us both for walking sensibly when all of a sudden......................... Ozzy pulled on his lead, to where a man eating a pasty, had put it down on the seat while he had a drink. Well, you can guess what happened next? One gulp and Ozzy had wolfed it down!!

Ann was absolutely mortified. She apologised profusely and offered to buy the man another pasty. The man said he didn’t mind as he’d eaten as much as he wanted. Liar.

Of course after that, we both had to listen to Ann ranting on to us about what was and was not appropriate behaviour when out on a walk. I thought that was a little bit unfair as I hadn’t done anything wrong and Ozzy doesn’t understand a word Ann says anyway!!!

When we got home we had our dinner and then Ann went outside to do some sun terrace jobs.

She said, ‘Molly, while I’m outside, please can you have a quiet word in Ozzy’s ear and teach him how to do your appealing look’.

My ‘appealing look’ is fantastic. I never, ever steal food. If I’d seen the pasty before Ozzy what I would have done is; sit right in front of the man and gaze at him with my big brown eyes. The man would have said, ‘What a gorgeous little collie you are. Would you like some pasty?’

It works every time.

.......................I’m just not sure whether Ozzy is as gorgeous as me???!!!
