Trying out a new toy...

The human body is a clever machine, waking up in the middle of night and this morning in a sweat as I'm fighting a throat infection as your immune system takes a dive after endurance events. But...Little Miss E came to the rescue at 6am with her plastic Dr bag gave me medicine a cuddle then bounced on me singing Bob the Builder!

Legs are back to normal, but incredibly tired as I'm not getting a full nights sleep to recover.

But it was a beautiful day and schools out so munchkin 1 had a 3/4 hours golf lesson (a weeks course for £10!) then we made crafty daffodils from egg boxes.

Still can't decide what my replacement road bike will be, so I spent some of my pennies on a new toy so I can cycle with Little Miss E in tow on my mountain bike (Mr C has a bike seat for her but I don't like using it). I'm even impressed I managed to build it and attach to my bike!

So that's today's Blip, out and about this evening with Little Miss E and Claude.

Bed will be calling me early, after I've had my reflexology session.
