Dawn at the Tidal Basin

I went to the tidal basin early this morning to get some shots of the cherry blossoms. They should be at peak in about 2 more days. I took lots of shots, many including the Jefferson Memorial, but the blossoms around the memorial were not as advanced as these which get the sun all day long. This is looking out over Roslyn, which is across the Potomac River from D.C. On the left you can see just a portion of the new Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial.
