Hard days work.

Work has been very very stressful over the past few weeks and the gym has become my place of calm.

It's lovely doing a couple of lengths in the pool and then just heading into the sauna to warm up the bones and de-stress. I have a lot going on at the moment and sometimes it's just nice to have some time to myself and have a chill.

I feel a lot better now that I've started properly exercising again! It's a great way to start and end a day. I definitely feel more energised and well positive about life. I won't go into it but it's taken a long time to feel better and happier with life. Yes life still has it's downs but there are also many many ups and well if you didn't have ups and downs you'd be dead.
