Rescue ???

After failing miserably to photograph the steam coming off my mirror (yes - I have heated mirrors) I passed thethe escapee.

At first I thought the scooter had been making a bit to rescue the purchase perambulator.
But on closer inspection I saw that scooter was missing his head.

So maybe they are both murder victims and there is a serial killer out there and this area is being used as his graveyard.

Maybe the fag packet is a clue and DNA can be recovered.
