Quesadilla time!

Every day I come home thinking I'll have a quick dinner and her started on homework. Inevitably I get started on some cooking project. Today I made sweet potato quesadillas. The ones on the left have cheddar cheese and the ones on the right have feta. My only regret is that I added Italian seasoning and one of the herbs is adding in an undesirable flavor.
