Signs of Madness

Am I being awkward or is this message completely unambiguous?
Not to fear, wasn't calling out the Fire and Rescue Service again. This was as I arrived for the camera club AGM.
Took photographs of the prize giving but some very shy winners, so maybe a mini series coming on - signs. Oh a week too late!
