It's a running thing...honest!

First race of the sexarathon this evening, a 5 mile race from the National Sports Centre at Lilleshall.
It was good to see so many West Brom Harriers there with Lee and Dave pushing me on to a 40 second pb -I knew they weren't too far behind me- and it was good to get Sunday's half marathon out of my legs.

Unfortunately the start was a bit of a walk from the carpark so the camera stayed in the car, hence the post-race vest being today's blip rather than a team photo. I'll have to keep that number safe, I'll be needing it again.

I even turned down an all-you-can-eat mexican buffet tonight to do the race!
