Woolies is Open..........

.......finally!! What a surprise when we drove to Katoomba today to stock up on provisions. The pantry was looking pretty bare after so many weeks on the road and our sojourn in Parramatta over the past few days.

The Blue Mountains has been devoid of a really good supermarket for some time now. One where you can park easily, there's plenty of choice and one that has a bright happy feel to it. We were delighted to see that the brand spanking new Woolworths and Big W were open and decided we would check them out. We were even more surprised to learn that they had just opened that morning.

I decided I should put CCN straight back into training and managed to catch a Blip of her walking through the festive archway of green balloons. There's a few dozen new shopping trolleys in the background waiting for new customers to walk through the doors.
