Rucking Good Fun

As part of their Christmas rugby fun day, the lads took part in a "ruckathon": the idea was to run in between two rucking pads, charging them with their shoulders, to see who could do the most in a minute.

And of course, once the kids had finished, the big lads wanted a go too!
