Cuddles

Jackson picked up on the fact that I was very sore from my first Pilates class today and gave me a lovely cuddle. Good news was that my physio was pleased with my progress and told me that the muscles that were aching showed I'd been doing the exercises at the class properly and that I could have today off from my programme but back to it tomorrow
