This is a friend of mine from France who is an UBER massive Torchwood/John Barrowman fan. She was staying in Cardiff with a friend from Manchester, also Torchwood obsessed. They were here to see John Barrowman in the panto and to do the usual Torchwood worshipping and location spotting.

Anyway my friend adores Cardiff (and with good reason) and wants to live here for a bit and improve her English. This morning we went to Penarth where the beach and pier are and on the horizon you can see Flat Holm, another Torchwood location.

I had a photo of the water tower in my living room which I bought in a Cafe a few years ago pre-Torchwood. She loves it so I let her have it, as a Xmas present! Well, why not?!
