On the beach

We all felt the need to have the cobwebs blown away so it was down to Thorntonloch Beach to collect fossils, skim stones and watch these hardy souls wading in to catch fish attracted to the water heated up by the nuclear power station. I wonder if the fish are already part poached when they are landed?

Now we're back home and the chicken casserole with rosemary dumplings is bubbling away in the oven about to warm us all up.
