walking - flowers found

Everyone talks about the winter being so intense this year - or strange. Arizona is no exception except in this case here in south east arizona - it has not reached freezing. It generally does through december and part of january. This means that plants that generally freeze back, did not. things are flowering now that usually don't flower - as it has been much warmer then usual. The snow birds think this is great, but the residents and my co-workers express great concern over just how hot it might be this summer. The winter is the break the arizona desert gets from the intense heat.
