More Tea

March's tea from my tea tasting club was actually samples of three different teas which I had to blend myself. I hadn't got round to trying this until this afternoon due to the Krypton Factor Challenge of trying to identify which tea which was which. The tea samples came with a photograph which showed the different teas labelled but there was nothing written on the actual packets so I had to do some detailed analysis to work out which was which. I'm quite certain that the tea on the top right of my blip is the Keemun. I think the one at the bottom is assam and the top left is the yunnan. The assam and the yunnan look pretty similar so there's a 50% chance I've got them the wrong way round!

Anyway, based on what I think each tea is - I have carefully blended the teas in the recommended proportions and we are ready to sample the resulting brew later tonight.

Right now we are about to dash out to a customer meeting.
