Look What We Found

Do a spot if 'spring cleaning' we came across this unopened Christmas Cake.
But the thing is, is it this years in which case it's is probably safe to eat. But what if it's last years and is nearer 18 months old? Would it still be edible? Is it safe to try? Should we just bin it?
