Iced Daffodil

Went for the emergency blip tonight, as I was indecisive about what to shoot.

I had put the daffodil that appeared in an earlier blip into some water, which then went into the freezer. This was the result that came out.

It wasn't quite as I had envisaged, the light didn't pass through the ice as evenly as expected, resulting in 1/4 at the left edge being brighter and more contrasty. A slight increase of expsoure using an adjustment brush in Lightroom has helped, and the global contrast and clarity increase also helped.
