Weapons of mass destruction...
Today:
Another busy day at work... there seems to much to do in the time I'm there again... think i might have to go in Saturday to catch up... I am only in the office three days next week as i'm off on a little break to see my daughter who had a little operation today... she called tonight and all went well.

Weight training tonight... this is me on the leg press... i pyramid the sets:
2 x 8 reps - twice warm up
1 x 8 reps then increase the weight
1 x 6 reps then increase the weight
1 x 4 reps then increase the weight
1 x 2 reps then die...
the photo is of the last set...
(BTW: The purpose of the weight training is to build 'Weapons of mass destruction' just in case i get back on the bike.)
