Way into work

A little drama at work today, as the comms director pushed for multiple password resets in response to the much-publicised 'Heartbleed' Internet bug. I ended up having to phone our IT consultants something like five times. I got the distinct impression they were getting rather tired of the sound of my voice by mid afternoon… as was I, to be quite honest!
