Final preparations

So tomorrow at 6am I will be boarding a coach to London to provide massage at the post race reception for Teenage Cancer Trust at The London Marathon.

I will not be alone. I will have 14 amazing students and two brilliant colleagues to do all the hard work!

Today has been all about final preparations.

10 massage couches, check.
Oil, lotion, cleansing lotion and wipes, check.
Banner so they know who we are, check.
Paper roll, towels and water, check.
Tapes and ice packs just in case, check.

Accommodation booked, double checked!
Coach booked. Checked and I'll check tomorrow for illegal immigrants......

14 amazing students. It should have been 15. Get well soon number 15.

I'm like a kid at Christmas, mainly because I already know how brilliant the next 4 days will be.
