Love and Protection

The letters are Friend and Passion. A Japanese woman I met told me that she read Love when she saw them. I like that.

I got them as it was a reminder to me that in a partner I need a friend and I need passion and that the two can go hand in hand. That I deserve both.

The Dragon came later, at a time when I was scared, when I needed protecting from the bad in the world. It's big and bold and it does protect me. People make presumptions when they see it, about the type of person I am. This is fine with me. Because at the centre of this big, bold Dragon (he's called Eduardo) there is Love.
