One a penny,two a penny hot cross buns!

Thought I'd have a go at these After all the mixing. kneading and proving I divided the dough into a dozen portions and left them for their final prove. It was only when they'd risen and appeared rather huge that I glanced back at the recipe to discover the recipe makes 15. Resulting in my buns being a 1/4 bigger than they should be!! I mean come on Paul Hollywood ! Who ever makes a batch of 15!
