I did it! (100 blips)
Today is my 100th blip, I'm really proud of my milestone and thank all of you for being so encouraging and inspirational.
I have used my camera so much more and it has once again become as essential as my phone and bank card when leaving the house. There have been so many more events and moments in our lives recorded. I am in awe of how amazing the photos are that some blippers achieve every day and how creative you are. There is so much more I need to get to grips with just with my camera let alone any post processing, at present the only processing I use is that which blip offer. I am seeing photo opportunities everywhere and it's great!
India, Sophie and Heidi went go karting this morning, they really enjoyed themselves zooming round the course. We came back to Aunty Pamela's and shoo'd them upstairs so we could run round the garden and woods hiding Easter eggs and treats. It's a week early but a tradition that the 3 of them have an Easter egg hunt. With great glee they uncovered their goodies and then examined their haul on the outside table. Heidi brought me a chocolate egg and said ' mummy this is for you because you didn't find any eggs'.
After lunch we went off to the forest to meet Helen and Jenny and their gang and followed the play trail. 10 minutes walk through the forest and then another large piece of play apparatus, we walked for about 2 hours, they were so tired by the end. Revived by ice creams we said goodbye and India and I went to see Grandad.
When I was sorting through todays photos and trying to decide whether to use my 100 picture made of pineapple rings or the photo of India and grandad holding up a 100 sign, India came down wailing. For the last hour she had been lying in bed trying to get the worlds wobbliest tooth out to no avail and now it was all too much ( India is very dramatic). Do you want me to pull it out I asked, yes she said. Oh YUK, I thought. Even though I do this routinely on dogs and cats at work it was so squelchy and completely different trying to pull out my daughters tooth. Finally with a big protesting squelch it was out! Eeeeeeeeee yukkkkkkkk! India was ecstatic! I am traumatised.......
