He still needs to grow a couple of centimetres before he reaches the official minimal inside-leg required for getting one with pedals. Hopefully at some point after that it'll be easier to get him to go the long way round to the park to the swingpark so that I can inspect the progress on the improvements to the path next to the allotments. At least now when he gets 'tired' on the way home he's still prepared to trundle along under his own limited steam, perhaps recognising that it's still easier than walking.
