Catholic church in downtown
Having lived and traveled in Europe most of my life the churches here in Reno did not seem very impressive to me. Very few actually would be worth a picture. This one, right on first street near the river always pleases me because its bright white steeples always shine in the sunlight and can be seen from far. (Lets not discuss the style. Reno started to grow basically around 1920, so this style mixture must have pleased the builders) The church is hard to photograph as from one side there are many traffic lights, from the other side there is a forest of electricity poles and traffic lights, the Greyhound station on side number three and a big motel with sign on side number four. So the picture was taken from very close by and thus is not totally straight.
Busy day but very effective. It feels as if the day does not have enough hours for me to get everything done.
Very warm but pleasant morning and evening temperatures.
A big thank you for your support for the little almond flower. It was very unexpected to be in the spotlight for so long.
