Roasted Butternut Squash and Vegetable Jalousie, from last night's "Buns & Bread" baking class at Inverness College.

Not a work of art by any means. But it turned out surprisingly well considering the rush we had with the pastry. Mainly to get it in the oven and cooked before we were put out for the night!

Haven't cooked with butternut squash before, so that was something else new that we did yesterday. There was a lot packed in to that class. And as I said, it was great fun.

Tastes fine to me too!
