Sullivan's Bay

We drove north in a storm of rain which passed before we arrived at this beautiful natural harbour. Had it not been for a group of military cadets and a school party learning to kayak the beach would have been ours.
Han says that very few people she knows have ever visited this area. Approaching it we travel through a National Park with views of the sea as outstanding as The Bay of Islands.
We ran races, swam and decorated the beach.
