Duck Houses

Have you ever been to Grange-Over-Sands? A popular retirement village in Cumbria, (famous for not having a supermarket, and having numerous shops that have stepped straight out of the 1950's but I digress!)
But, it does have an amazing duck pond complete with rare breeds of ducks and geese and a great variety of duck houses, little islands with walkways etc.
Sadly, because I was out practising my tripod technique, I was too slow to get the shot with a moorhen walking down the duck ladder. Maybe next time.
