And dessert...

Since yesterday I blipped dinner, tonight I thought I would do dessert. I'm not sure if this is done in the UK, but every year the Girl Scouts in America sell cookies to raise money. I was fortunate to be there this year at cookie selling time and bring some back with me. This particular one is my favorite called a Samoa. It is a cookie covered in caramel with toasted coconut and chocolate on top. Americans are pretty passionate about which one is their favorite and look forward to the girls selling them every year. My favorite used to be Thin Mints until my husband introduced me to these. Now, these are the only ones I buy.
